Who is this coaching for?
This coaching is suitable for beginners as well as people with training experience. Your program is built around your current level, goals, schedule and available equipment.
What equipment do I need?
Your program is designed based on the equipment you have access to. Whether you train in a gym, at home, or travel frequently, the plan will be adapted accordingly.
What happens after I sign up?
After signing up you’ll receive a short onboarding form where you’ll share your goals, training experience and available equipment. Based on that information I’ll create your personalized training program.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No strict diet is required. However, if needed I can provide guidance and recommendations to help you improve your nutrition and support your training goals.
Can I contact you if I have questions?
Yes. You can message me whenever you need support. I personally reply to all messages, usually within 12–24 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
There is a 7-day money-back guarantee if no personalized program has been delivered yet. Once the program has been created and shared, refunds cannot be issued.
